NUTRITION IS KEY!

Nutrition is SO important! Each of our fitness programs include a nutrition plan to ensure that you have success.
Too many of us eat for enjoyment…not that food shouldn’t taste good…it should! But ultimately, food is our fuel and we need to view it that way.

The good news: Healthy, nutrition food can taste amazing, be simple, and you can eat a lot of it!!

Portion Control:
A key to healthy nutrition is portion control. But we don’t count calories. These containers are perfect to help you monitor the healthy proteins, carbs, and fats as well as fruits and vegetables that you use to fuel your body!

Meal Planning and Prep: I’m just like anyone else.  Life is busy and crazy and if I don’t plan ahead…it’s frozen pizza for dinner.

2B Mindset!!
We have a new program focusing exclusively on your nutrition! There is no exercise component!! It is specifically designed to change your mindset around food. Do you feel controlled by what you eat?? This program is for you!
**(of course, exercise is important but this program doesn’t require it…adding in workouts is just a bonus!)

Recipe of the Week:

Baby Bell Poppers!

Half and De-seed 10 Baby Bell Peppers. Set aside. Mix one individual sized serving plain greek yogurt with 1 T. cumin powder. Slice turkey bacon in half longways (slice in half again the other way, if needed, depending on the size of your peppers). Fill peppers with mixture. Wrap each pepper in a slice of turkey bacon and secure with toothpicks. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 375º F for 20 minutes or until peppers are tender. Enjoy!
